How To Apply

First, apply to the college

Apply for admission to SF using our online application.

• Official transcripts must be submitted to, and evaluated by the Registrar’s Office before applying to a Health Sciences program as they are used to determine program eligibility.
• Please take a look at our Before You Apply page for more information before submitting an application.

Second, apply to a Health Science program

To apply to all other Health Science Programs, including RN and Practical Nursing:

• Login to eSantafe, then from the home page, navigate to the Advisement tab (If you have any notifications, you must open all of them to proceed).
• Click 'Apply to Program', and select the program you wish to apply to from the list.
• Click 'Apply'.
• Please Note: If you do not receive an email in your SF student account confirming your application has been received, please contact our office. 
• For applications that either require or give points for work experience, please fill out the work experience form and return it to HS.Application.Points@sfcollege.edu when you apply. Please include your SFID and the program(s) you are applying for in your message.

For Application instructions for the Nursing Assistant C.T.C, Nursing B.S.N., or ANEW A.S. program:

• Email healthsciences.advising@sfcollege.edu. An advisor will contact you regarding admission to the program.
