Workday Training Calendar

Training on Workday, Santa Fe College's new human resources and financial software system, has been scheduled beginning the week of June 17, 2024, in preparation for Workday's Go-Live on July 15, 2024.

Training Sessions

Training sessions are for Santa Fe College employees only.

To register for Human Resources-related sessions:

Finance-related sessions will be offered by invitation, based on employees' job functions.

Later, sessions will be available to watch "on-demand."

Drop In Help for Finance

All week, July 22 - 26, 2025, the college will hold a "Drop-In Available Help for Finance Questions" from 10:30 – 11 a.m. Any employee may drop-in with questions regarding: Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Receipts, Spend Authorizations, Expenses, and Budgets.

On July 30 from 1 – 2 p.m. there will be an additional Workday Budget Training session for anyone needing budget training.
