Santa Fe College is committed to responding promptly and effectively when it learns of any form of possible discrimination based on sex. Santa Fe College responds to reports of sexual harassment, including sexual violence, as part of its efforts to stop the harassment and prevent its recurrence of possible sex discrimination.
Anyone who has questions or concerns regarding possible discrimination based on sex should contact the Equal Opportunity Officer and Title IX Coordinator.
Title IX Training
The U.S. Department of Education's latest Title IX Regulations, which took effect August 14, 2020, require institutions to publish all materials used to train Equal Opportunity Officer and Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process. Santa Fe College uses training materials provided by the State University of New York's Student Conduct Institute, which can be found on their website.
