The VSP Vision plan will no longer automatically issue member ID cards. Additionally, cards issued prior to January 1, 2020 are no longer valid. Providers will be able to reference your account membership by contacting VSP using your name, date of birth and Social Security number. However, members wishing to obtain a physical card may do so by logging onto the VSP site to print a card.
If participating employees have not established a member account they may do so by logging onto the site below to register. Once registered you may access your personal account information, take advantage of plan discounts, and print an ID card for your VSP Vision Plan.
