2025 Employee Benefits Enrollment

Santa Fe College and all other Florida College System institutions are transitioning to the Florida State Group health benefits plan beginning January 1, 2025.

Santa Fe College full-time eligible employees will be REQUIRED to enroll during the open enrollment period, October 14 – November 1, 2024, in order to receive coverage in 2025. Employees who fail to sign up for health benefits during open enrollment, will NOT have access to them in 2025.

Existing plans will not roll over and employees cannot sign up after November 1.

Santa Fe College will retain some existing benefits. These also will require employees to enroll or re-enroll in them.

Benefits enrollment will take place in People First, for state plans, and Workday, for the remaining Santa Fe plans.
