Auxiliary Services works with vendors and the college community to provide convenience, variety, and affordability in the following areas:
- Food Service: SF Food Court, SF Bookstore, Coffee 101, vending machines, food trucks, Pepsi
- Document Service: printers, copiers, and/or scanners available on campus for students and staff

Subway Restaurant
Located in the SF Food Court (next to R-01). Order online at Subway.com or with the Subway App.

Vending Machines
All machines are owned by Pepsi (drinks) or Canteen (food) and accept cards and cash. Bills larger than $5 are NOT accepted. SF staff cannot access vending machines or card readers; we do not own the machines.
Refunds
- CASH: see the Cashier Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm (after hours: S-147 until 9pm)
- CARD: call the 800 number posted on the machine
Malfunctions
- Pepsi: call 1-866-997-3774
- Canteen: call 1-800-743-6160
If there is an urgent safety hazard such as leaking water or broken glass please call 395-5237 to alert Facilities Services. In case of fire, always dial 911 immediately.
Beverage Exclusivity (Pepsi)
PepsiCo, Inc. is the contracted vendor for beverage service on all SF campuses. See the Beverage Exclusivity page for a list of products, pricing, and instructions for placing orders. To report an issue with a Pepsi vending machine, contact Pepsi at 1-866-997-3774.

Advisory Committees
Bookstore Advisory Committee
The Bookstore Advisory Committee provides a forum for communication between contracted Bookstore management, the Director of Purchasing and Auxiliary Services (manager of the contract), and representatives of college constituencies most directly affected by Bookstore operations. The Committee acts as a vehicle by which students, faculty, and staff can submit comments, concerns, and recommendations about Bookstore services. If you have questions about the Committee or would like to request a copy of prior meeting minutes, contact David Shlafer.
Food Service Advisory Committee
The SF Foodservice Advisory Committee meets quarterly to discuss issues related to food, beverages, and vending on SF campus. With members representing all campus groups, the Committee acts as a liaison between the college community and our foodservice and vending providers, facilitating open exchange of ideas and communication to meet student and staff needs.
