Here's some Santa Fe College news you might have missed:

• The Santa Fe College community is invited to celebrate our first-generation students Nov. 6, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Building R, Room 001 on SF's Northwest Campus.
• This year's Student Affairs Symposium took place online Nov. 1.
• Santa Fe College's volleyball team closed out the regular season with a 3-1 victory over 16-ranked Eastern Florida State College, propelling them into the FCSAA Tournament. 
• SF hosted the Brain Bowl Fall Invitational Tournament.
• Santa Fe College's annual "Evening of Jazz" will return Friday, Nov. 15, at 7:30 p.m. in the Jackson N. Sasser Fine Arts Hall.
• Volunteers are needed for the Nov. 19 waste audit.
• "Songs of the Season" brings holiday cheer to Santa Fe College on Nov. 22.
• The Professional Development Scholarship Fund (PDSF) program for Santa Fe College faculty and staff is now accepting applications until Monday, Dec. 2 at 11:59 p.m.
• Work is progressing on the Ralph W. Cellon Jr. Institute for Skilled Trades and Advanced Manufacturing.
