Overview
Having templates to work with makes it easier to represent the visual identity of the college. MarCom is currently working to expand and improve our template offerings to fit your needs. Please check back for updates.
Flyers
Keep in mind that when you distribute a flyer to our students or in the community, it might be someone's first impression of the college. Please make it professional and consistent with the college brand! The templates below are for Adobe InDesign; if you don't have access to that software, contact MarCom for help finding a local printing company.
The Equal Access and Equal Opportunity (EA/EO) statement has been included on all templates by default. Visit the Compliance Statements page to learn how and when you should use the EA/EO statement on printed material.
The downloadable files for the templates above include the full-color version as pictured, as well as a black and white option. If these templates don't serve your needs, MarCom can work with you. Start by making a project request.
Postcards
Due to the technical parameters USPS has for the spacing and placement of information and the impact of direct mail campaigns on the reputation of the college, any marketing efforts that include postcards should be developed in partnership with MarCom. Fill out a project request.
PowerPoint Presentations
Your presentations to students and colleagues represents your work and the college. Please start fresh and update your PowerPoint files to use a current version of our PowerPoint template. Templates are provided in standard and widescreen aspect ratios and each file contains two color schemes.
