As stated in the Constitution, Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised is the parliamentary guide of the College Senate. The latest edition is available in the Reference (2nd floor) and Circulating Collection (3rd floor) at the Lawrence W. Tyree Library, as well as online (current SF faculty and staff only). The 1915 edition of Robert's Rules is available online at RulesOnline.com.
