Left side of the chart begins Q: Is this life threatening or an emergency? Is someone's immediate safety at risk?
- If "Yes" to life threatening/emergency/immediate safety at risk, then "Call 911 immediately".
- If "No" to life threatening/emergency/immediate safety at risk, then Q: "Is your emergency taking place during our office hours? Monday – Friday 8:15 – 4:30 pm"
- If "No" to during office hours, then "Call for 24/7 Support: Alachua County Crisis Center 352-264-6789"
- If "Yes" to during office hours, then Q: "Are you and/or your student on or near campus and can you walk into our offices?
- If "Yes" to near enough to walk in, then "Consider having your student or friend walk in for an emergency meeting with a counselor. You can call us prior to walking in as well."
- If "No" to near enough to walk in, then "Contact the Counseling and Wellness Center by calling 352-395-5508
