Letter to the Graduate

Dear Prospective Fall 2024 Graduate,

Congratulations! It is my pleasure to inform you that you may be eligible to graduate this semester. It is imperative that you review your graduation application as soon as possible to graduate. You can access your application by logging on to your eSantaFe account and clicking "Records" followed by "Graduation."  If there is not an automatically populated application, you may need to create one.

Please note that there are two commencement ceremonies this Fall. Each ceremony will be held in the SF Gym, Building V.

• Nurse's Pinning/Graduation - Thursday, December 12, 2024, 3 p.m.
• Bachelor's, A.A., A.S., A.A.S., and Certificates - Friday, December 13, 2024, 3 p.m.

To ensure that your closest loved ones are able to share in your special moment while the College adheres to strict safety standards, students who are walking in the Friday ceremony will receive 4 tickets each. Only persons with tickets will be admitted into the gym. Tickets are not required for the Nurse's Pinning/Graduation.

Doors to the gym will close once the procession begins. On Friday, guests arriving late and guests without tickets will be able to view the ceremony on the big screen inside the Fine Arts Hall. Seating in both the gym and the Fine Arts Hall is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.

You can pick up your 4 tickets beginning on November 12 in the lobby of S Building, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. The deadline to pick up tickets is December 6.
