The Office of Admissions will be open during the college's Spring Break, Monday, March 4 through Friday, March 8 from 8 am to 4:30pm
Admissions advisors are ready to help you with the Admissions process in person and online. To see an advisor, come to the Office of Admissions at the Northwest Campus, building R, room 101, or visit the digital lobby. You can also get answers to your Admissions questions from the Ask SF Chatbot any time.
Academic Advisors are available and ready to assist you Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 4pm, and Friday from 10 am to 4pm You can make an appointment to meet with your assigned advisor or utilize our drop-in services to meet with the first available advisor. To access our drop-in advising services, visit the Academic Advisement Center on the Northwest Campus (Building R, room 201) or join us in our Zoom lobby.
Advisors are available at the Andrews Center, Blount Center, Davis Center and Watson Center as well. Review each center's advising page for updated information. Answers to general advising questions are also available anytime through the Ask Chatbot.
Schedule a campus visit with staff from the Admission Office who will give you a warm welcome and answer all of your questions about the college. Virtual tours are also available.
Career and Job Placement Center
The Career and Job Placement Center offers job search assistance and consultations to help you plan for your future. We are located at the Northwest campus, Building R, room 220 or consultations can be held through Zoom, phone or email. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm Please stop by or email james.schindler@sfcollege.edu or call 352-395-5822.
Career Exploration Center staff offer career planning consultations to discuss your future. Consultations can be through Zoom video-conferencing, phone, email, and in-person in Building R, Room 217. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4pm Request an appointment or contact us at careercenter@sfcollege.edu or 352-395-4121.
Payment for classes can be made in person or via the eSantaFe student portal. If you encounter problems making online payments, try using Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox. If changing browsers does not work, or if you have additional questions regarding your payment, contact the Cashier's Office at: cashier@sfcollege.edu or 352-395-5227.The Cashier's Office is open Monday – Friday 8:15am – 4:15pm. You can also get answers to your payment questions from the Ask SF Chatbot anytime.
The College Ombudsperson, Dr. Bea Awoniyi, is available to assist students who are
having difficulties with classes because they lack computer or internet access. Students
may also contact the Ombudsperson to discuss issues, concerns, problems and/or complaints.

Counseling and Wellness Center
Come visit our therapy dogs every Tuesday at 2pm in the Counseling and Wellness Center.
The staff at the Counseling and Wellness Center is here to support you. You can also talk to a licensed mental health professional in our office, by telephone, or through Zoom video sessions. To schedule an appointment, students can call 352-395-5508.
Disabilities Resource Center (DRC)
DRC staff members provide appointments via telephone or Zoom video sessions. To schedule an appointment, students can call 352-395-4400 or email drc@sfcollege.edu. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8 am – 4:30pm
The Financial Aid office is open and ready to assist you. Team members are available by email, phone appointment, or in-person in the Financial Aid office at the Northwest Campus, Building R. Visit the financial aid contact page for more details.
You can get individualized account information and submit verification documents on your My FA Status page in eSantaFe or get your financial aid questions answered by the Ask SF Chatbot.
International Student Services (ISS)
ISS staff are ready to help international students with the admissions process and current students with immigration advising and course registration. Visit us in person and online from 8 am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. To see an advisor, come to the International Center at the Northwest Campus, Building S, or visit the digital lobby. You can also get answers to your ISS questions from the Ask SF Chatbot anytime.
Log into Canvas for online tutoring. In the virtual Learning Commons choose the tutoring subject to meet directly via Zoom or make appointments with academic success coaches. Find out more about in-person tutoring at any of our locations.
Librarians are available online and in-person to help with research, eBooks, databases, eJournals, and more! Contact us in-person or via phone, email, or chat from 7 am to 10pm Monday through Thursday, 7 am to 4:30pm Friday, noon – 6pm Saturday, and noon – 8pm Sunday.
