$25 Blue Rewards Card Now Available

If you are enrolled in the college’s PPO, HMO or HRA Health Care plan & participated in the “HEALTH RISK SCREENINGS”  your $25 Blue Rewards card is available. 

Follow instructions below to access your certificate:

 

1. Go to:  www.bcbsfl.com/MyblueService
2. Login using your User ID (ss#) & pin
3. From the Discounts & Rewards tab choose: Rewards/Earn Blue Rewards  
4. Click Redeem Now (bottom of page)
5. Re-enter Email Address
6. Click Confirm

You should receive an email confirmation within 1-2 days with instruction on how to select & receive certificate
