Study the World...See the World

Santa Fe College is committed to preparing globally competent and globally competitive students with a high level of intercultural competency.

We seek to produce graduates that will excel in the midst of rapid globalization, adapt to our changing world, and effect positive change. Our college helps students achieve this by offering dozens of courses with international content and organizing a rich set of extracurricular activities with a global focus.

We also help students gain fun and rewarding international experiences through study abroad and virtual exchange programs.

Global Scholars Program

The GSP is an academic honor earned by completing courses with strong international content and engaging in activities that broaden your understanding of international peoples, places and cultures.

It demonstrates your commitment to a worldview that is global and multi-cultural while also giving you the opportunity to demonstrate skills that are in demand in the modern workplace.

Study Abroad

At SF, students have the opportunity to study abroad on short-term faculty-led programs. The programs are between 1-4 weeks long during the spring and summer semesters. While participating on a study abroad program, students will receive academic credit, learn valuable global skills, and be immersed in a new culture.

Study Abroad Support Fund

Studying abroad is a valuable experience for students. However, many are unable to participate due to financial restrictions. SF offers a limited number of study abroad scholarships each year. However, the number of scholarships available depends on the generous support of community members. We ask you to please consider donating to these scholarships to assist in offsetting the cost of study abroad program fees for SF students.

International Grants

SF manages several internationally focused grant-funded programs. These grants present unique global learning opportunities to the SF community and have been a cornerstone of the International Education’s programming.
