Spring 2025 Parking Reminder From SFPD

As the spring term begins at Santa Fe College, it’s important to be familiar with parking regulations:

Employee Parking: Employees with a decal can park in any designated area, except for police, fire, or disabled spaces.
Student Parking: Students may park in lots with white-lined spaces. Blue-lined spaces are for employees. Special permits are needed for Lots 1 and 1A.
Speed Limit: The campus speed limit is 20 mph.
Loading or Unloading: A permit from SFPD is required to park in service drives for loading or unloading.
Bicycle Rules: Bicycles must stay on roadways open to motor vehicles. Use bike racks and avoid bringing bikes into buildings or chaining them elsewhere.
Non-Vehicular Transportation: Skateboards, roller skates, Segways and similar personal transportation devices are not permitted.
