Impress Your family this holiday, learn to bake and make pasta at the Fat Tuscan

In Community Education's Making Ravioli class, students will learn to make an egg
pasta dough from scratch and roll out the pasta to make, and stuff individual raviolis.
Class includes instruction on stuffing sauces for pasta toppings. All food will then
be cooked and consumed in class by the students. Recipes will be given out at class.
Sun. 11/16, 1 p.m.-5 p.m., Fee $34 + $15 supply fee paid at class for food.
The Fat Tuscan is also host in an Italian Holiday Baking class. Students will learn
to make a traditional Italian Biscotti dough and get hands-on experience by making
individual doughs to take home to bake later.
Sun. 12/14, 2 p.m. - 5 p.m., Fee $34 + $15 supply fee paid at class for food.
