As part of a financial literacy grant on smart investing, the Santa Fe College library
has made arrangements with two nonprofit organizations - GreenPath and UF-IFAS - to
offer one-hour confidential financial counseling sessions to SF students.
Students can cover any of their questions regarding student loans, credit cards, budgeting,
savings, credit unions/banks, financial planning, etc. A certified, degreed expert
will help develop an action plan based on the student's personal financial situation
and goals.
There are only a limited number of appointments available from now until the end of
October. Counseling sessions are held in the library. To schedule an appointment,
students should contact Celeta Taylor at 352-381-3638 or celeta.taylor@sfcollege.edu, or Myra Sterrett at 352-395-5150 or myra.sterrett@sfcollege.edu, or stop by Building Y, Room 237.
