PageProof is a powerful tool that allows anyone at the college to upload a file to be reviewed in a collaborative online environment. MarCom uses PageProof for many different projects, including content updates for the college website.  

Check out this quick video for an overview on how to review a file in PageProof:

PageProof uses single sign-on for faculty and staff, so use your SF email (first.last@sfcollege.edu) and password. If you are editing an unpublished version of a website, you may need to use an additional login for Percussion, our content management system. That user name and password is included in the email you received with an invitation to view the proof. 

Didn't get an email? Submit a project request to MarCom to have a website loaded up into the PageProof system. Your feedback will go directly to the web team.
