Overview
The Construction team turns plans and specifications produced by the Planning and Design Department, professional designers, and stakeholders within the College into reality across the Northwest Campus and all six centers.
Engaging contractors on projects, supervising their work quality and adherence to schedule, and maintaining conscientious stewardship of projects funds are some of the critical responsibilities of the Construction team – but most important is ensuring student, faculty, staff, worker, and visitor safety around active construction.
Whether the project is a minor renovation or a major new construction, the Construction team is the College’s representative the primary point of contact between the College and the contractors performing the work.
