Viewing Team Absence and Time

Viewing Team Absence:

Workday provides supervisors and managers the ability to see their team's absences through the Team Absence Calendar.

Task: Viewing Team Absence

Select the Time and Scheduling Hub app from the
Select Team Absence Calendar from the options on the left
Select the workers that you would like to view
- These can be chosen from All Workers or Workers by Manager in the drop-down menu.
After making your selection, select OK

Task: Viewing and Approving All Worker Time

All Worker Time can be seen one of two ways:

Through the Time and Scheduling Hub App

Select the Time and Scheduling Hub app from the Workday menu.
Select the Review and Approve Time tab.
Select a date, All Workers, and a job exempt status.
Select OK
- From here, you can toggle between periods and select the employees whose time you’d like to approve.

Through the Team Time App

Select the Team Time app from the Workday menu.
Select Review Time.
Select a date, All Workers, and a job exempt status.
Select OK
- From here, you can toggle between periods and select the employees whose time you’d like to approve.
