As the winter break approaches, many students at Santa Fe College may experience seasonal stress. In recognition of the crucial role mental health plays in academic success, personal growth and overall well-being, Santa Fe College is dedicated to supporting students through all these challenges.

Santa Fe College has partnered with TimelyCare to offer comprehensive mental health services and personalized healthcare solutions. Through this partnership, users can access 24/7 mental and emotional support from masters-level behavioral health professionals. TimelyCare also aids with common health issues such as colds and flu, ensuring that students can receive help when needed most.

"The top reasons for mental health visits are anxiety, stress, relationship issues and depression," SF Vice President for Student Affairs, Dr. Naima Brown said. "This is in line with what is being reported across the nation. TimelyCare is here to help students address and overcome these very common issues."

The app also provides an excellent resource for managing academic preparedness, financial wellness and career readiness. TimelyCare’s Online Success Coaches are available weekdays from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. to offer support in these key areas, ensuring that students remain focused and prepared as they head into the new year.

With the right support in place, students at Santa Fe College can better navigate the holiday season and the challenges it may bring, helping them to end the year strong and start the next with confidence.
