Spring Mental Health First Aid Offerings for SF Employees

Santa Fe College is pleased to offer two Adult Mental Health First Aid trainings this spring for SF faculty and staff:

February Training

  • Dates:
    • Friday, February 14 (Part 1) from 8:00 a.m. to noon
    • Friday, February 21 (Part 2) from 8:00 a.m. to noon
  • Location: Northwest Campus
  • Details:
    • Light breakfast snacks will be provided on both dates.
    • You must attend both Part 1 and Part 2 to receive credit for the training.

April Training

  • Date: Friday, April 11 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Location: Northwest Campus
  • Details: Light breakfast snacks and lunch will be provided.

Register Now

This training helps participants understand how to help others who might be experiencing a mental health-related crisis or problem on campus. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, psychosis and addiction.

This training is offered in person. There is limited seating, and employees will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees will need to complete some coursework before the training date and must be present for the entire course for certification.
