Prepare for Open Enrollment: Key Updates for Santa Fe College Employees
October 3, 2024
October 3, 2024 – Open enrollment for Santa Fe College employees begins Monday, Oct. 14. These are the most recent updates regarding the college's transition to the State Group Insurance Program and the upcoming open enrollment:
Communications
Employees should have received two communications from the state last week: a letter sent to their physical address containing login credentials for open enrollment on the PeopleFirst site, and an email titled "Your Insurance Benefits Statement is Available." This information is essential for completing the open enrollment process. If the communication was not received, employees are asked to promptly notify employment.benefits@sfcollege.edu to request replacement copies. Additionally, employees should review and update their physical address in Workday, and, if necessary, add a mailing address.
