The District Board of Trustees of Santa Fe College, Florida, gives notice of its intent to amend Rule 7.28 (Student Financial Obligations) at its regularly scheduled Board meeting on 10/15/24 at SF Northwest Campus Teaching Zoo, 3000 NW 83rd Street, Gainesville, FL 32606. PURPOSE AND EFFECT: to update and remove certain penalties. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: FS 1001.64. LAW IMPLEMENTED: FS 1001.64, 1009.95, 1010.03.
