Facilities Project Requests Are Now a Webform

Instead of typing into a fillable PDF and then printing it to get signatures, you can enter your Facilities Project Requests directly into a webform, similar to how Work Orders are processed. You can find this webform by going to the Planning & Design page and then clicking the link for “Project Dashboard and Requests”.
Click on the green “Project Request Form” button to access the webform. Instructions and explanations of the webform questions are also provided in a link from the Planning & Design page.
If you have any questions about this form or if you would like help with requesting your project, please contact facilities.planning@sfcollege.edu. There is also a link within the Project Dashboard to send a “Help With My Request” message.
