Due Date for Strategic Plan Work Group Applications Extended to February 24

Because some staff had limited access to their accounts, the Resource and Planning Council (RPC) has extended the due date for applications to serve on a Strategic Plan Work Group. The new due date is Monday, February 24, by the end of the workday.
Starting in spring 2025, the RPC will establish a Strategic Plan Implementation Team and five work groups to advance the College’s new strategic plan. Volunteers will collaborate with colleagues to guide institutional action in one of the following areas:
- student success
- future readiness
- community engagement
- organizational resilience
- assessment
Applicants should be mission-driven, collaborative and have supervisor approval.
The RPC encourages all staff to get involved in the implementation of the new strategic plan.
