Door Opener Installations Underway

Automatic door openers are currently being installed on certain doors of Buildings A, B, E, K, and L as well as on the second floor of the Tyree Library. New buttons and openers will be seen on the doors, but they are not yet functional. The installation process requires multiple steps that will not be completed until the final electrical connection and inspection.
The doors may still be used manually.
Final connections and inspections will be completed on or about April 18.
These doors are the first set of continuing and planned accessibility improvements. More will follow later.
