Changes in Financial Aid Status Being Addressed as Top Priority

Some students experienced a change to their financial aid status over the weekend, including removal of loans or other aid from their account, due to a technical issue. This is a temporary situation and addressing it is a top priority.

Our vendor is actively investigating the situation, and steps are being taken to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. All efforts are being made to restore financial aid to affected accounts without delay.

Students will be notified when the issue is resolved, and any necessary adjustments have been made to ensure aid is correct and properly disbursed. No action from students is needed.

Santa Fe College recognizes the critical role of financial aid for our students and the frustrations caused by delays in disbursement. Every effort is being made to address this issue as swiftly as possible to allay any further delays.
