November 2, 2017 – Santa Fe College's Community Education Classes will offer a three-week series of wine classes at Downtown Wine and Cheese. The classes will take place Wednesday's starting November 8.
The classes will be A 101 of Wine, An Afternoon of Wine and The Science of Wine and will cover everything from the basics of wine and grape varieties, sugar content, tannins and more.
