Welcome to the 3rd annual Dental Hygiene Student Table Clinic Presentations on Friday, Oct. 30 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. in R-01, right in the heart of the Northwest Campus. Explore a variety of dental topics! Topics include oral-systemic health, oral cancer, oral effects of sexually-transmitted diseases, how do recreational drugs affect the oral cavity, all you need to know about dry mouth, misconceptions about fluoride, oral hygiene for your favorite four-legged friend, really just how effective is tooth-whitening, what's the buzz about oil pulling, numbing without needles and career paths available to dental hygienists beyond the dental chair. Take a few minutes to drop by and expand your dental knowledge!
