The Harn Museum of Art still has spaces in its last week of summer camp, Aug. 3-7. Taught by certified art instructors, students will enjoy gallery explorations and fun art-making projects using a variety of materials. Full-day and half-day weekly sessions are available for children ages 8-13. In the morning session, 8:30 a.m.-noon (Build It!), children will create sculptures and work with non-traditional art materials. The afternoon session, 1-4:30 p.m. (People in Art), children work on their skills of drawing, painting and sculpting figures.
To find the registration form or get more information, go to Harn Museum of Art.
The Harn also offers scholarships for summer camps. For more information on scholarships and to fill out a scholarship application call Layne at 352-392-9826 ext. 2112 or email register@harn.ufl.edu.
