Star Gazers - Episodes for May and June 2015

James C. Albury(Opens in new window), planetarium coordinator at Santa Fe College's Kika Silva Pla Planetarium, is the co-host of the PBS television series, "Star Gazers." This program is the world's only weekly television series devoted to naked-eye astronomy. Each weekly episode features selected objects in the sky for naked-eye viewing during the upcoming week.

The following are the 5-minute episodes airing during the months of:

May 2015:

  1. "Something's Moving Out There" - (May 4-10, 2015)
  2. "Saturn, Simply the Best" - (May 11-17, 2015)
  3. "The Wanderers" - (May 18-24, 2015)
  4. "Venus, Venus Burning Bright, First Star I See Tonight" - (May 25-31, 2015)

June 2015:

  1. "Venus and the Super Duper Jupiter Conjunction" - (June 1-7, 2015)
  2. "Day Star Day" - (June 8-14, 2015)
  3. "What a Line Up!" - (June 15-21, 2015)
  4. "The Evening Star Meets the King of the Planets" - (June 22-28, 2015)
  5. "Independence Day Constellation Fest" - (June 29 - July 5, 2015)
