Notice of proposed rule amendment. District Board of Trustees of Santa Fe College will consider Rule 2.8 Prohibition Against Discrimination and Harassment on 11/18/14 SF Andrews Center, 209 W. Call St. Starke, FL 32091. Purpose/effect: update to comport with changes in law primarily re: sexual harassment. Legal authority: FS1001.64, 1004.93, 1008.30; 6A-10-0315, FAC.
