On October 29 and 30, a representative from Custom Benefit Services will be on campus regarding the Flexible Spending Account, elective Cancer and Life Insurance Policies. If you missed your opportunity to renew your Flex Plan online or are new to the plan you may schedule an appointment by calling Mikayla Klein at extension 5066. The online enrollment period is over, you must now submit a paper application.
