This Week at Santa Fe College: The RUE Festival, AFC Legislative Update and More

April 21, 2024 – Do you know what's happening this week at Santa Fe College? Here's a rundown of just a few events and important dates:
- UF Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management Walk-In Advising is April 22 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.: Visit SF's Event Calendar for more UF Advising dates.
- The 2024 RUE Festival is also April 22: This event takes place in the Fine Arts Hall Lobby (Northwest Campus) from 5 to 7 p.m.
- The College Senate Executive Council at Santa Fe College will meet April 23: All agendas, minutes and other important documentation can be accessed through Canvas.
- Pathways To Success: Maximizing Your College Experience is April 24: Join Santa Fe College's Academic Advisors in Building A, Room 028 at 11 a.m. to uncover internships, study abroad programs, job opportunities, volunteering experiences, and student organizations that can enrich your college journey.
- Transferring 101 happens April 25: Join Santa Fe College's Academic Advisors in Building S, Room 241 for an open lab designed to assist you with the transfer application process.
- The 2024 Positive Pathways Conference is April 25 and 26: It will be held on the Northwest Campus in R-001.
- The SFPD is participating in the DEA's Drug Take Back Day: They will accept unused prescription drugs from Thursday, April 25 through Sunday, April 28.
- The AFC Legislative Update takes place April 26: It runs from 11 a.m. to noon in Y-130 (Northwest Campus).
- Noises Off! runs April 26 and 27: Chaos abounds both onstage and backstage with a set that revolves a full 180 degrees, allowing the audience a glimpse into the slow demise of the play and what's left of the actor's reputations.
