April 7, 2024 – Do you know what's happening this week at Santa Fe College? Here's a rundown of just a few events and important dates:
- UF College Of Pharmacy Walk-In Advising is April 8 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.: Visit SF's Event Calendar for more UF Advising dates.
- A free Solar Eclipse Viewing Event happens April 8 at the Kika Silva Pla Planetarium: It begins at 1:45 p.m.
- Saving Money – Strategies and Resources takes place April 9: The free lunch and learn is courtesy of the experts at Campus USA Credit Union, the official financial wellness partner of Santa Fe College.
- The College Senate Executive Council Meeting is also April 9: The College Senate Executive Council at Santa Fe College will meet at 3:30 p.m. in Building P, Room 160.
- Open House takes place at the Davis Center on April 9: Join us to gain insight on all the ways SF can support your goals.
- Transferring 101 is April 10: Join Santa Fe College's Academic Advisors in Building A, Room 028 to receive a general overview of the things you need to know about transferring.
- Investing for the Future: Lunch & Learn is also April 10: Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of various investment vehicles and strategies to enhance their financial well-being.
- The Zephyr Launch Party is April 11: Enjoy student readings and free snacks and get a free copy of the latest issue.
- Open House takes place at the Perry Center on April 11: The event begins at 5:00 p.m.
- Adult Mental Health First Aid Training is April 12: This training helps participants understand how to help others who might be experiencing a mental health-related crisis or problem on campus.
- The 52nd Annual Spring Arts Festival will take place April 13 and 14: Founded in 1969, this annual juried event features the work of fine artists, performances by music and dance groups on multiple stages, college events and performers, international cuisine, as well as student and community artists' booths.
