Location: V-14 (Gymnasium)

Time: 5:15 PM

Must have your SF ID and check in at the Fitness Center Front Desk.

We will provide you with a yoga mat and all other necessary equipment.

Everybody who attends a class will get a free water bottle courtesy of Mind, Body, Life. I have attached the picture of that as well.
