We're Here to Help: Benefits of SFID Card

January 31, 2024

January 31, 2024 – The Santa Fe College ID (SFID) card provides proof of a person's status as a member of the SF community. Students who want an SFID card must be currently enrolled in classes and have their tuition fully paid.

The card has its perks. Do you know how to get one?

How to Obtain an SFID

In-Person

Students taking classes on SF's Northwest Campus should visit ID Card Services in person. ID Card Services is located on the Northwest Campus in Student Life (Building S, 1st Floor Lobby).

Online

Students enrolled in only online classes or classes at a Santa Fe College center may complete an online ID appointment and have their SFID card mailed. To make an appointment, email student.life@sfcollege.edu with your name and student ID number.

What You Need

Students must present a current U.S government issued photo ID (e.g. state-issued ID card, driver's license, military ID, passport), a non-U.S. passport, or an official photo ID issued by a Florida public school within the past 5 years. Make sure your full name on your presenting ID matches what we have in the system. If you need to change your name, please do so with the Records Office first.

Costs

Student activity and service fees (A&S fees) pay for a student's first card. Adult Education IDs cost $5. All replacements for lost or damaged cards cost $10.
