January 7, 2024 – Do you know what's happening this week at Santa Fe College? Here's a rundown of just a few events and important dates:
- Spring and Spring A classes begin Jan. 8: The last day to drop with no record and receive a refund for Spring A is Jan. 10. The last day to do the same for Spring is Jan. 12.
- The first College Senate Executive Council meeting of the year happens Jan. 9: The College Senate Executive Council will meet at 3:30 p.m. in Building P, Room 160.
- Applied Physiology and Kinesiology Walk-In Advising is Jan. 10: Meet with UF advisor, Jonathan Hancock from the College of Health and Human Performance in the UF@SF Center, HA132.
- The SF Saints Men's and Women's Basketball teams host Daytona State College on Jan. 10: Admission is free for SF faculty, staff, students and retirees with SFID.
- A Religion and Languages Transfer Degree Presentation is Jan. 11: The UF College of Liberal Arts and Sciences presents Religion and Shared Languages (all languages offered at UF but not at SF) transfer degree program information from 10 to 11 a.m. in the UF@SF Center, HA132.
- UF Food And Resource Economics Walk-In Advising is Jan. 11: Meet with UF advisor, Danielle Shu from the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences in the UF@SF Center, HA132.
- Vilma Fuentes' Sendoff Celebration happens Jan. 11: Colleagues are invited to stop by the President's Lobby in the Robertson Administration Building from 10 to 11:30 a.m. to wish Vilma success in her future endeavors.
