This Week at Santa Fe College: Boo at the Zoo, a President/Student Chat and More

October 29, 2023 – Do you know what's happening this week at Santa Fe College? Here's a rundown of a few events and important dates:
- LGBTQ+ History Month Close-Out event on Oct. 30: Connect with Queer social groups in the Gainesville area, take photos at the photo booth and grab a cupcake.
- Second Annual Share Wear Halloween Party on Oct. 31: Show off your costume, purchase a last-minute piece for your look or just enjoy the spooky season with music and shopping.
- Boo at the Zoo on Oct. 31: Boo at the Zoo is Gainesville's wildest Halloween event for the whole family.
- President/Student Chat on Oct. 31: President Broadie will hold a Student Chat at SF's Blount Center in downtown Gainesville.
- A free chamber music recital Nov. 1: The sounds of violin, viola and cello will blend in a chamber music recital offered by students of Adjunct Professor of Music Maurya Dickerson.
- Registration for the spring term begins Nov. 2: Spring 2024 classes are scheduled to begin Monday, Jan. 8.
- Open Enrollment for SF staff ends Nov. 3: No changes can be made after the Open Enrollment period unless they are due to a qualifying event such as marriage, divorce, or birth/adoption.
