Lunch N' Learn Parenting Workshops Scheduled for Fall Term

October 3, 2022 – Throughout the semester, Santa Fe College's CCAMPIS Program Coordinator Stephanie Norman holds a "Lunch N' Learn: Parenting Workshop" Zoom meeting.

These meetings are an opportunity to build a community for students who are parents, caregivers or in a similar role. These meetings take place every other Wednesday, between noon and 1 p.m.

Fall 2022 Meeting Schedule:

• October 12 – Tips on how to balance healthy habits with a hectic schedule.
• October 26 – Playdates vs. "Me-time": time management tips so that everyone feels connected.
• November 9 – Tips on how to balance school, family and work.
• November 23 – Stress management tips and tricks to help you through the end of the semester.
• December 7 – Family Traditions: How does your family show that they care for each other?
