SF's 2021 United Way Fundraiser Runs Now Through December 3

November 8, 2021

November 8, 2021 – Santa Fe College's annual fundraiser for the United Way of North Central Florida is underway. You can read President Broadie's message to the college community about the campaign here. Since all the United Way funds are invested locally, this is an excellent way to influence our community and make it a better place to live, learn and work. The United Way funds more than 25 programs in local agencies, including Catholic Charities, Child Advocacy Center, Girls Place, Peaceful Paths and St. Francis House.

The SF United Way Payroll Deduction Pledge Form is online. The online pledge form has payment options that allow you to select if you would like for your pledge to be SF payroll deduction, credit card, cash or debit. The college will also hold Penny Wars this year, as SF Student Body President Trevor Matheson has challenged SF President Paul Broadie in a students vs employees competition.

Any employee who makes a pledge by Friday, Dec. 3, at 4 p.m. will be entered in the drawing for an iPad. That drawing will be held Monday, Dec. 6. Those who do not contribute to the SF United Way Campaign may still be entered in the drawing by emailing Iva Lien at iva.lien@sfcollege.edu by Friday, Dec. 4, at 4 p.m.
