Anne Millard is Retiring From SF's Sponsored Projects Office

October 22, 2021

October 22, 2021 – Anne Millard, Grants Support Supervisor, is retiring after almost 15 years of service to Santa Fe College. Before coming to SF, Anne spent 10 years at Miami-Dade (Community) College and 16 years raising and homeschooling her three children.

Anne has made a huge impact to SF with the numerous grants she has submitted, and her watchful oversight during each phase of the grants until successful completion. The successful grants and projects assist the college in funding many of the programs that enhance our students' experiences. Her organizational skills and attention to detail have played a major role in the growth and organization of the grants and sponsored projects office. When she began working in the Office for Advancement, the grants projects totaled a little over $6 million and have now reached more than $32 million.

Anne's last day on campus will be Wednesday, Nov. 10. Her colleagues and friends are invited to stop by the Office for Advancement between 3:30-4:30 p.m. to wish her well. Please RSVP nancee.oftelie@sfcollege.edu by the end of the day Friday, Nov. 5 if you are planning on attending, as space is limited due to COVID restrictions.

The Office for Advancement thanks Anne for her many years of service to Santa Fe College and our students, and wishes her a well-deserved retirement.
