SF Students Vaccination Verification: November 1–5

Current SF students who will have their full allotment of 2 shots of the Pfizer or
Moderna vaccinations or one shot of the Johnson & Johnson by October 31 will be eligible
to verify their proof of vaccination during the week of November 1-5 ONLY. Students who are eligible and wish to participate can present their vaccination card
via Zoom or in person at any one of the centers and in the Student Life lobby on the
NW campus.
Once vaccination status is confirmed, students will receive a one-time, non-recurring
payment of $60 through BankMobile, their payment method preference set up on eSantaFe.
Payments will be viewable on students' My FA Status by November 30, 2021. If students
don't have a BankMobile account, they will receive a check in the mail. Checks will
be sent after November 30. In addition, all those who receive the financial incentive
will be eligible to receive additional rewards through a random drawing. Participating
students will be entered to have an opportunity to receive a $250 bookstore voucher
as well as a designated parking spot for the Spring 2022 semester.
Zoom Room Schedule
The Zoom Room will be available by using this link: https://sfcollege.zoom.us/j/91711411199 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday
from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Students must have their Student ID (or some form of photo
ID) and their vaccine card/paper for verification.
Student Life Lobby Schedule
The lobby in Student Life will be open for in-person verifications from 8 a.m. to
7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday. Students must have their
Student ID (or some form of photo ID) and their vaccine card/paper for verification.
Davis Center, Archer
The Davis Center, Archer, will be open and available for in-person verification on
the following days/times:
- Monday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Tuesday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Students must have their Student ID (or some form of photo ID) and their vaccine card/paper
for verification.
Perry Center, Alachua
The Perry Center in Alachua will be open and available for in-person verification
Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Students must have their Student ID
(or some form of photo ID) and their vaccine card/paper for verification.
Watson Center/Andrews Center
The Watson Center in Keystone Heights and the Andrews Center in Starke, will be available
for in-person verification at the following locations, days/times:
- Monday – Andrews Center (SA204) 8 to 11 a.m., then again from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.
- Tuesday – Watson Center (front desk) from 8 to 11 a.m.; then again from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.
- Wednesday – Watson Center (front desk) from 8 to 11 a.m.; then again from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.
- Thursday – Andrews Center (SA204) from 8 to 11 a.m.; then again from 12 to 4:30 p.m.
- Friday – Andrews Center (SA204) from 8 to 11 a.m.; then again from 12 to 4:30 p.m.
Students must have their Student ID (or some form of photo ID) and their vaccine card/paper
for verification.
