Fall 2021 SF COVID Protocols and Report Form

August 24, 2021

A message from the Vice President of Student Affairs:
August 24, 2021
Dear SF Student,
With the number of COVID-19 cases in our region rising because of the new delta variant, every Santa Fe College student has a role to play in reducing the potential spread of COVID-19 on campus and in the community.
Any student who tests positive for COVID-19, who experiences any symptoms of COVID-19, or who had close contact with someone who is COVID-19 positive, must stay away from college premises and inform the college by using this confidential online form. Students who are directed to self-isolate or quarantine may not return to campus until cleared to do so by contact tracers in Student Affairs.
Failure to follow the college's COVID-19 exposure protocols will result in student conduct violations. Because of the life-threatening impact of disregarding our exposure protocols, sanctions for such behavior may include loss of privileges, conduct probation and/or suspension.
Your commitment to the SF culture of care will help us flatten the curve and win. Go Saints!
Sincerely,
Naima Brown
Vice President for Student Affairs
