College-Wide Proposed Budget Presentation Scheduled for Thursday, June 10

June 3, 2021 – Santa Fe College will present the proposed 2021-2022 budget to the college community at 2 p.m., Thursday, June 10, via live stream. The event, will be streamed to allow the largest number of employees, including those who work at one of SF's centers and those currently under a temporary alternate work assignment, to get the updated information at the same time as their colleagues on the Northwest Campus.

The operating budget for the college is primarily based on funding through tuition from students and funding allocated by the state legislature. The proposed budget is pending review and approval from the Board of Trustees at their next scheduled meeting, which will be Tuesday, June 15. President Broadie and the Executive Leadership at Santa Fe College encourage all faculty and staff to watch the live stream.
