Dr. Dan Rodkin Featured on an International Education Panel

March 30, 2021 – Earlier this month, Santa Fe College's Associate Vice President for Student Affairs, Dr. Dan Rodkin was featured as part of an international education panel hosted by the America Center at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow. He was one of three US higher education professionals, along with representatives from Georgia College and University of Delaware.
The purpose of the panel was to educate students in Russia about academic opportunities in the United States and the options available to them.
Dr. Rodkin, who in 2018 was named a Fulbright Scholar and participated in the Community College Administrators Seminar in Russia, was able to discuss the options available to international students at SF, with options ranging from A.A. degrees to transfer to another school, A.S. degrees in the college's Career and Technical programs as well as the bachelor's degree opportunities. He also talked about the support services available to international students.
