A Federal Grant designed to assist households who cannot pay or are having difficulty
paying rent and/or utilities due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Alachua County Emergency Rental Assistant Program (ERAP) is a Federal Grant designed to assist households who cannot pay or are having difficulty paying rent and/or utilities due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The program can help with payments of late rent and/or utilities (not mortgage) and may also assist with rent payment in advance. Payments will be made ONLY be made to landlords/property managers and/or utility companies. Each household can be supported with up to $15,000 assistance depending on your documentation.
