COVID-19 Reminders for the Holiday

COVID-19 Reminders:
Consistent with CDC guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19, SF policy prohibits
any student who 1) has tested positive for COVID-19 within the past ten days, 2) has
displayed symptoms of COVID-19 within the past ten days, or 3) has had close contact with a person who is COVID-19 positive within the past 14 days from coming to any
SF location until they are cleared to do so by SF Student Affairs. Students who fall
into one of those categories are required to complete the COVID-19 Disclosure Form and should notify their instructors via email or in Canvas. After completing the
COVID-19 Disclosure Form, students should be ready to participate in a phone interview
with a Contact Tracer working for SF Student Affairs.
