Grounds for Celebrating! Coffee 101 Reopens.

September 21, 2020

September 21, 2020 – Students, faculty and staff on the Northwest Campus can now get the extra fuel they need for the fall term. Coffee 101, located on the ground floor of the Lawrence W. Tyree Library, has reopened. Coffee, snacks and other goodies are available.

What else is at the library? Wi-Fi! Students are welcome to use it for their online or hybrid classes. No more sitting in your car, the building is open for those who mask up and follow social distancing guidelines.

The Learning Commons, also located in the library, has free virtual tutoring and academic success coaching via Zoom and Teams. Students can also log into Canvas and click the pencil icon on the left side of the screen to meet with tutors directly or make appointments with academic success coaches.

Across campus in SF's Food Court, Subway is open for both breakfast and lunch. They have contactless pick-up available by using the Subway app or the Subway webpage, subway.com. For orders placed in advance, pick up will be at the entrance closest to HR. In compliance with physical distancing guidelines, there will be markers designating where to stand. There is no dine-in option available at this time, but some outdoor seating is available.
